Working at Heights

Legally compliant height safety training for UK construction sites, built around the Work at Height Regulations 2005.

About this course

This course covers the full hierarchy of control for work at height: avoiding work at height where possible, preventing falls with collective and personal protection, and mitigating the consequences of a fall. What you will be able to do

  • Apply the Work at Height Regulations 2005 hierarchy of control
  • Carry out a competent pre-use inspection of harnesses and lanyards
  • Select suitable access equipment for the task
  • Produce and follow a height-specific RAMS
  • Plan for suspension trauma and rescue

The course finishes with a multiple choice knowledge check. You need 75% or higher to pass. Marking is instant, retakes are unlimited and free, and your certificate is issued the moment you pass — including a virtual card for your phone wallet.
